We wanted to keep the soul of this comforting meal and instead, update the flavors and turn this classic dish into a modern, vegetable-inspired version.
Driven by the idea to put vegetables at the core of our recipes, iOda’s chef Cesar Hoed however, also believes in the importance of giving our Belgian seafood a seat in the front row. From time to time, iodine will swim along our veggies but will always remain as a garnish. We offer a 5 -course menu at night. it can be paired with craft beers from Brussels and biodynamic wines.
